Fallen Arches One of the most common foot problem we see is fallen arches. This problem is as prevalent among athletes and dancers as it is among the general population. Lack of proper arch stability can seriously reduce endurance, balance and overall performance. We have found that the proper functioning of the arch is enhanced by not only supporting the arch but by gently rotating the forefoot so the arch does not come under excessive pressure. Full foot stabilty can be greatly improved when the foot is rotated out before the arch is supported. This discovery lead to the development of our unique line of full-foot orthotics. |
