Ballet Injuries

Ballet demands control, balance, and strength from the human body. As a result, there is a risk of injury to the ankles, legs, knees, hips, and back.

Many ballet injuries can be reduced or eliminated by improving the alignment of the foot. The solution is to provide the support needed to make a significant difference in a design flexible, light, and thin enough to fit in a ballet slipper. Until now, such a product was difficult to find.

We have found that the proper functioning of the foot is enhanced by not only supporting the arch, but gently rotating the forefoot so that the arch does not come under excessive pressure. This discovery led to the development of our unique line of full-foot orthotics.

Our Ballet Flexible Controller is a gentle, comfortable, and effective way to reduce the risk of ballet injuries and improve balance, stamina, and power. We recommend our Ballet and Dance Orthotics, Arch Straps and Power Arch Straps.
